Try this smoky yet smooth variation on the Italian aperitivo, which is both mellow and seductive.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Del Maguey Mezcal
- 1 ounce Amaro Nonino
- 1 ounce Dolin Rouge Vermouth
- Flamed orange peel for garnish
Preparation
1.First, get your old fashioned glasses ready.
2.In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients over ice, stir until the concoction is well chilled, and strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
3.Garnish with orange peel.
