- White or brown rice
- 1 cup of pinto or black beans
- 1 pouch of Mexican-style tuna (recommended: StarKist Gourmet Selects)
- Shredded cheddar or jack cheese
Combine cooked rice, pouched tuna and beans into bowl.
- Reheat ingredients in microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Top with shredded cheese.
