Mexican-Style Rice

Ingredients

    • White or brown rice
    • 1 cup of pinto or black beans
    • 1 pouch of Mexican-style tuna (recommended: StarKist Gourmet Selects)
    • Shredded cheddar or jack cheese

Preparation

Combine cooked rice, pouched tuna and beans into bowl.

  1. Reheat ingredients in microwave for about 45 seconds.
  2. Top with shredded cheese.
