Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon ancho chile powder
  • 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon 1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.

Place in an airtight container and store at room temperature up to 1 month.

Note: Ancho chiles are dried poblano
