Ingredients

For burger:
  • 1 cup herb stuffing mix
  • 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
  • 4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 teaspoon shrimp/crab boil
  • 4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2/3 cup red wine
  • 1 cup egg
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 pound ground italian sausage
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
For crispies:

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2/3 cup red wine
  • 1 cup egg
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 pound ground italian sausage
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, shredded
  • 2 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Baking Directions:

For burger:Shape into burgers and grill.

For sweet potato crispies:Fry on medium high heat till golden, drain on paper towel.

Season with salt.

(Add crumbled blue cheese, add apples and cranberries to your favorite coleslaw, and your favorite onion and mushroom gravy on your favorite bun to build your burger.
