Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Shape into small to medium balls.

Brown in hot olive oil.

Place meatballs in sauce of your choice — I use organic marinara sauce.

Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes and serve over spaghetti or rice.
