Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon eggs
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup olive oil

Preparation

Baking Directions:

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, parsley, eggs and cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

If the mixture is dry, add 1/2 cup of cold water and mix well.

Form into balls.

Add the meatballs to a sauté pan with olive oil and fry over medium to high heat until brown, about 10-15 minutes.
