Ingredients
- 1 pear or apple, quartered and core removed
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 large handful parsley
- 2 large handfuls spinach
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger
- 2 orange or lemon wedges, rind left on
Preparation
Wash ingredients and pat dry. Press ingredients through a juicer. Stir, and drink immediately.
