Green juice drenches your body in plant nutrients. And the benefits from consuming healthy produce are endless: Besides giving me glowing skin and increased energy, this easy recipe also helps strengthen the immune system. 

Ingredients

    • 1 pear or apple, quartered and core removed
    • 2 stalks celery
    • 1 English cucumber
    • 1 large handful parsley
    • 2 large handfuls spinach
    • 1 (1-inch) piece ginger
    • 2 orange or lemon wedges, rind left on

Preparation

Wash ingredients and pat dry. Press ingredients through a juicer. Stir, and drink immediately.
