Margarita Key Lime Pie with a Pretzel-Graham Crust and Candy Sea Stars

Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup finely crushed salted-pretzels
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 6 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • Filling
  • 1 8-ounce brick of softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Preparation

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. In a separate bowl, mix filling ingredients. Pour filling into crust. Bake for 10 minutes on the middle oven rack. Chill pie well, overnight is best. Use whipped cream and candy sea stars as garnish.
