Mango Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup mango vodka
  • 1 bottle white wine, preferably Sauvignon Blanc
  • cups mango nectar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • diced mango, for garnish
  • mint sprigs, for garnish

Chef notes

This is a light and tropical twist on traditional sangria. The juicy mango adds a full and fruity flavor to this refreshing cocktail.

Swap option: You can substitute passion fruit or pineapple for the mango.

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar in the vodka until it is all liquid and reserve.

In a pitcher, add all your ingredients, except for fruit and garnish. Whisk together and add the mango vodka mixture and stir.

3.

Serve over ice. Garnish with fruit and mint.
