Ingredients

    • 1 heaping cup frozen mango chunks
    • 5 whole cashews
    • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or 1/8 teaspoon dry ground ginger)
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon honey, optional
    • 2-3 ice cubes
