Mango Barbecue Jam



  • 2 pound mango
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice


Baking Directions:

Put the mango, sugar, chili peppers, sweet pepper and lime juice into a pot.

Place over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.

  Remove and let cool completely.

  Transfer to the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and pulse a few times to a chunky texture.

Keep refrigerated until ready to use or serve.
