Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe white peaches
  • 10-12 ripe strawberries
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup peach or apricot brandy
  • 1 bottle chilled prosecco
  • 1 liter peach seltzer water

    In a pitcher place 3/4 of the sliced peaches (saving some for garnish) the strawberries, and the basil (rolling to release oils before you add), and brandy and lightly muddle.

    Add the chilled prosecco and seltzer water and stir with wooden spoon to mix.

    Pour into ice-filled glasses and top with a couple of fresh peach slices and tiny basil sprigs.
