Ingredients

  • 4 ounces lemonade, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • Chef notes

    It's one part tiki drink, two parts "bartender, give me another one!"

    Preparation

    Pour lemonade, pineapple juice and coconut rum into large glass filled with ice, using a spoon to gently stir the drink (or pour into a cocktail shaker, shake and pour into a glass filled with ice).

    Top glass with the dark rum, so it floats on top and slowly blends into the rest of the drink, giving it an ombré effect. Serve.
