- 1 green tea bag
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 3 - 5 ice cubes
Brew the tea bag in 4-ounces of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature.
In a blender combine the brewed tea, yogurt, mango, and 3-to-5 ice cubes, and blend until smoothie. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
