  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) red table wine
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish (optional)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 3 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2-1 cup sparkling water, chilled

    Mix up a batch of this flavorful, fruity and no-added-sugar sangria for any get together. Prep a pitcher earlier in the day so when you're ready to serve, all you need to do is top it with a splash of seltzer, more pomegranate seeds for garnish if desired, and then enjoy.


    Place the fruit in a large pitcher. Add wine and pomegranate juice. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 6 hours, or overnight (so the fruit has time to incorporate all the delicious juice and wine flavor).

    When you're ready to serve, pour sangria into glasses and top each glass off with a splash of chilled sparkling water and an optional sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, if desired. Stir and enjoy.
