- 2 pound ground beef
- 4 pound large cans of hunts tomato sauce
- 1 pound large can of hunts tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon either garlic salt or chilled minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon large diced onion
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil but turn down immediately and simmer for 1-2 hours.
