Ingredients

    • 1 box spinach fettucine
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • Garlic salt
    • 1 handful basil
    • Oregano to taste
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the other ingredients and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Cook and drain fettuccine according to package instructions.
  4. Mix sauteed ingredients into cooked fettucine.
