Ingredients
- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- Zest and juice from 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 star anise pods
- 4 ounces bourbon
- Orange slices, for garnish

Preparation
1.Add all ingredient, except bourbon, into a pot and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
2.Add in bourbon to taste.
3.Ladle the drink into a tall glass mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick, one whole star anise floater and an orange slice
