Forget those easy mixes. Making this drink from scratch is just as simple. And the taste is heavenly.
Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1/2 cup finely grated or chopped bittersweet chocolate, at least 60%
- 1/2 cup finely grated or chopped Mexican chocolate
- 4 large marshmallows for serving
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a 2 quart saucepan. Heat over medium and whisk until chocolate has completely melted.
Divide between 4 mugs, top each with a marshmallow and serve hot.
