Ingredients
- 6 fresh flour or corn tortillas
- Olive oil spray
- Flaky salt

These homemade tortilla chips take very little effort and have big time results. If not using at once, cool and store in an airtight container.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cut the tortillas into 8 segments each and arrange in a single layer on one or two baking trays. Spray or brush one side with olive oil, sprinkle with flaky salt and bake until lightly browned and crispy, about 10 to 15 minutes. If not using at once, cool and store in an airtight container.
