Homemade nut butter is different than what you'd find in a jar, but it is no less flavorful — and it's so fun to make! Blend you favorite nuts with a few flavorings and boom, instant nut butter!
- 2 cups roasted nuts
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
Add nuts and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth.
Finish with vanilla extract and honey. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
