Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 6 cloves garlic, very finely minced
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

    It's Halloween and what could be spookier than the threat of a ghastly vampire bite?! These garlic fries will keep your immune system strong ... and chase all the vampires away!

    Preparation

    1.

    Prepare the fries according to package directions.

    2.

    When the fries come out of the oven, put them in a large bowl.

    3.

    Put the garlic in a small fry pan with the oil.

    4.

    Heat on medium and cook for 15-30 seconds, not long enough to brown the garlic but just long enough to get rid of the raw garlic flavor.

    5.

    Toss the fries with the garlic oil mixture and salt.

    6.

    Serve hot and garnish with the parsley.
