- Salt to rim the Collins glass
- 1 pink grapefruit, halved
- 2 limes, halved
- 1 1/2 ounce Blanco Tequila
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Club soda
Grill the grapefruit and lime halves, about 4-5 minutes, until browned.
In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces squeezed grilled grapefruit, 1 ounce squeezed grilled lime, 1/2 oz simple syrup and the tequila. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a collins glass rimmed with salt. Top with soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
