- 18 bocconcini (bite size mozzarella)
- 8 slice prosciutto, cut width-wise into thirds
Wrap each bocconcini in a piece of prosciutto until all mozzarella is wrapped.
2. Add 3 pieces of wrapped bocconcini to each skewer.
3. Lay skewers on hot grill (medium heat) and cook for 1 minute on each side.
4. Place on platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
