- 2 large idaho potatoes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Boil the potatoes in the skin.2.
Remove potatoes from the water.3.
Pass them through a ricer.5.
Mix in large mixing bowl with flour, egg (yolks only), salt and pepper.6.
Roll out and form 1" thick logs.7.
Cut into 1" by 1" pieces and boil in salted water until they float.
