Festive paper straws and an orange wheel garnish are optional for this summery cocktail, but definitely encouraged.
- 2 oranges
- 3 ounces prosecco
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce simple syrup, store-bought or homemade
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 8 to 10 ounces ice
1. Halve the oranges. Cut one of the orange halves into slices for garnish and set aside. Juice the remaining 3 halves.
2. In a large bowl, pour in the prosecco, Aperol, lemon juice and orange juice. Stir to combine.
3. Pour the mixture, simple syrup and ice into a blender. Pulse until the ice is slushy and the mixture is combined. Pour into glasses and top it off with an orange slice. Serve immediately.
