Ingredients
- 2 ounce fresh cherry-infused light-bodied rum (infuse 1 pound pitted bing cherries with 1 liter light rum for 48 hours)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
Preparation
Baking Directions:
In a mixing glass add infused rum, fresh lime juice and simple syrup; shake with ice until well blended.
Strain into a chilled cocktail cup/saucer.
Garnish with a thin wheel of lime.
Option to create Bing cherry caipiroska:2 ounces vodka4 fresh Bing cherries, pitted1/2 (half) fresh lime, quartered1 ounce simple syrupIn a mixing glass muddle lime and cherries with simple syrup, add black cherry fizz; shake with ice.
Dump entire drink into an Old-Fashioned glass.
Add more ice and swizzle stick.
