Ingredients
- 3 ounce champagne
- 1 ounce cointreau
- 6 drop angostura bitters
- 1 drop orange peel
Preparation
Baking Directions:
In a mixing glass, combine Cointreau and bitters with ice and stir.
Strain into a frozen champagne glass and add champagne.
Spritz the cocktail with an orange twist.
