Turning leftover espresso into martinis is such a treat! These cool cocktails are so fun because it's like having a rich cup of coffee and after dinner drink all in one.

Technique tip: Stick your martini glasses in the freezer for a bit before making these; it will keep the drink colder a lot longer without having to add more ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces espresso, chilled
  • 1 ounce coffee liquor
  • 1 ounce creme de cacao
  • Ice

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a martini glass.
