- 2 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup water, plus more for desired thickness
Finally, a dressing you don't need to feel guilty about! With no dairy and plenty of healthy fats, feel free to slather this liberally on everything from salads to wings.
In a blender, add the avocados, lemon juice, oil, fresh dill, garlic powder, maple syrup, salt and water. Blend until combined. If the mixture is too thick, add more water until it's creamy and pourable. You may also have to adjust the salt.
