Make s'mores even more magical by using vibrant Peeps marshmallows for spring. They're a cinch to put together and there's no need to build a fire. This colorful treat goes straight into the oven to broil.
Ingredients
Peeps S'mores
- Peeps
- Milk chocolate bars, broken into squares
- Graham crackers, split in half
Preparation
1.Preheat the broiler and position the oven rack 6 to 8 inches from the heat.
2.Spread half the Graham crackers in an even layer and top with chocolate and Peeps. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly browned and soft. Remove from the oven, close with another graham cracker haf and gently press to flatten. Allow chocolate bar to melt a little before serving.
