Dr. Oz advises drinking this vegetable-based juice to help flush your system of excess toxins.

Ingredients

    • 2 cups spinach
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 cucumber
    • 2 celery stalks, chopped
    • 1 pear with skin, sliced
    • 1 lemon, halved

Preparation

1. In a blender, add the spinach and the water. Blend until smooth.

2. Add cucumber and celery, then blend.

3. Add the pear and blend.

4. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mixture. Divide into two glasses and enjoy.
