Dill-Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

This tangy herb dressing is flavored with onion and garlic powders—the concentrated taste of the powders actually make it taste like a classic ranch dressing. But you could certainly use a half of a grated garlic clove and a tablespoon of minced chives or scallions instead. 


    • ¾ cup buttermilk
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
    • 1 tablespoon sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • Generous pinch of freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. The dressing can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
