- 24 pitted prunes, soaked in boiling water for at least 30 minutes
- 4 tablespoons mango chutney
- 12 rashers bacon
- 4 slices toast, cut into 4 pieces
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 bunch watercress
Pre-heat oven to 400F.Stuff each prune with a teaspoon mango chutney. Cut each rasher in half, wrap bacon around prune. Place a cocktail stick in them prevent unraveling. Place on a baking sheet. Keep them packed up tight so that they don't unravel. Bake for about 8 minutes. Slather toast with butter. Arrange two devils on each piece and garnish the dish with watercress.
