Slice up your bananas before freezing them to create less work for your food processor or blender.
- 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp Stevia powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp whole peanuts
- 2 tbsp milk
- extra nuts and cinnamon to top
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blitz until you've reached a thick and creamy consistency. Serve in bowls and decorate with extra nuts and cinnamon. Enjoy!
