Ingredients
- 4 ounce piece fresh horseradish
- 2 teaspoon white wine
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup crème fraiche
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Peel and finely grate the horseradish.
Add the wine, vinegar, mustard and allow steeping for 15 minutes.
Stir in the crème fraiche and season with salt and pepper.
Serve within a day or two.
