Ingredients
Cranberry Clementine Sauce
- 6 clementines, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise

All the tart, sweet flavor we love about cranberry sauce is emphasized by adding orange juice and zesty clementine. Citrus and berry are a match made in Thanksgiving heaven.
Preparation
1.In a small saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, clementines, orange and cranberry juices, sugar, cinnamon stick and star anise. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2.Add the dried cranberries and simmer for 10 to 15 more minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Eat warm or at room temperature.
