Don't skip breakfast! Try this easy overnight coconut chia pudding breakfast, which takes just 5 minutes of prep time.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk the milk, yogurt and chia until seeds are mixed throughout. Mix in the coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Pour into glass/plastic containers or jars with lids. (We like to use recycled jelly jars.) Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
