Ingredients
- 5 ounce jalapeños, burnoise
- 5 ounce red holland chili, burnoise
- 3 ounce freshly grated horseradish
- 2 cup ketchup
- 3 cup small lemons zested, no pith
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon , plus 2 teaspoons of champagne vinegar
