Ingredients

  • 5 ounce jalapeños, burnoise
  • 5 ounce red holland chili, burnoise
  • 3 ounce freshly grated horseradish
  • 2 cup ketchup
  • 3 cup small lemons zested, no pith
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon , plus 2 teaspoons of champagne vinegar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and check seasoning.
