- 2 ounces Calabrian chile paste
- 1 seeded Italian loaf, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 pound breaded chicken cutlet
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced prosciutto
- 3 ounces sautéed broccoli rabe
I love a good sandwich. This one is filled with all my favorite Italian ingredients and hits the spot every time.
Spread the chile paste on both pieces of bread. Add the chicken cutlet, provolone and prosciutto and top with broccoli rabe. Close the sandwich and serve.
