Who says pizza is only for dinner? Try this decadent dish for dessert instead.

  • 1 pound thawed pizza dough
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate peppermint candy (Junior Mints) cut in half

Place the chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the cream just to a boil and then immediately pour over the chocolate chips.

Shimmy the bowl so that the chips are completely submerged in the cream. Allow to sit 1-2 minutes until smooth (if there are a few unmelted pieces, that's ok!). Set aside.

Gently pull or roll out pizza dough into a 12" round and "dock" the dough. Place in a hot skillet spray with non-stick cooking spray and cook, over medium-high heat, until large puffy bubbles form and the underside of the dough is golden (about 1-2 minutes).

Flip the dough over, turn the heat down to medium, and continue cooking until browned, about 1-2 minutes more with the lid on, until the other side of the pizza is golden.

Spread the chocolate ganache over the warm pizza and sprinkle with the chocolate peppermint candy and garnishes. Serve warm
