Serves 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup non-fat, whipped topping (i.e., cool whip free)
- 1 cup package of sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix (i.e., jell-o brand)
- 1 1/2 cup skim milk, cold
- 1 cup banana, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
In a mixing bowl, first pour cold skim milk and add dry chocolate pudding mix.
Whip with a wire whisk for 5 minutes.
Pudding will thicken.2.
Measure 1 cup nonfat whipped topping and stir into pudding mixture (save remaining ½ cup).
Divide into four serving dishes.
Add a dollop of nonfat whipped cream and top with fresh fruit.
