Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream

    Preparation

    Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. 

    In a saucepan, bring cream to a simmer. 

    Pour cream over chocolate and allow to sit for a minute to melt. 

    Whisk until smooth.
