Ingredients
- 1 pound semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 13½-ounce bag ridged potato chips, such as Ruffles
Chef notes
When salty, crunchy potato chips and sweet, velvety chocolate meet, magic happens. The combination is out of this world good.
Preparation
1.Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave at high power in 20-second intervals until the chocolate is melted; stir between intervals.
2.Dip each potato chip three-fourths of the way into the melted chocolate and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Let stand until set.
