What could be better than a quick, easy, three-ingredient dessert? One that is also no-bake and vegan! These tasty bites come together in minutes and are so great for a sweet little treat after dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut butter
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation

1.

Line a 12-count silicone muffin tray.

In a microwave-safe bowl or in a small pot on the stovetop, melt your coconut butter with the chocolate chips, then whisk the maple syrup.

Add chocolate mixture to muffin tray and place in freezer.

4.

Once firm, pop out of the silicone tray and store in the freezer for up to 30 days.
