Prep this healthy breakfast of chocolate-banana overnight oatmeal the night before.
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
In a container with a lid, add the milk, oats, chia seeds, banana, unsweetened cocoa powder and maple syrup (optional) to a container with a lid. Close lid and shake to mix well. Place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, grab your totable breakfast and a spoon!
