- 24 ounce ricotta cheese
- 24 ounce eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 ounce melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
Baking Directions:
CrustMix crust ingredients and pat into a 9 or 10-inch springform pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°F.
Filling Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together, blending well.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add sour cream, almond extract, then add melted chocolate.
Wrap springform pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Place in larger pan and fill outer pan halfway with hot water.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
Turn off oven, let cheese cake cool inside with door ajar.
