Chicken "bat" wings

Ingredients

  • 2 pound chicken wings
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced habenero pepper, seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon a lemon, juiced

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  Separate into two bowls.

  Marinate chicken wings in one mixture for 30 minutes or overnight.

  2. Remove chicken from marinade.

In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil.

Add the chicken wings and sauté for about 10 minutes on each side, until they're nicely browned and done.

Once cooked on both sides, add the second half of the marinade and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
