Ingredients
- 1 pound shredded potatoes
- 1 pound onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Place potatoes and onions into skillet, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden crispy, but do not move while cooking.
Flip potatoes and cook on other side another 5-7 minutes until golden crispy.
Remove from skillet, sprinkle cheeses and bacon over top.
